INNOVATE & CREATE is a 5 week virtual group coaching program for kickass solopreneurs who are ready to take their business to new lengths.

Innovate & Create is a 5 module program where we will tackle all of your questions about your business and your marketing.

- 1hr private discovery session at the beginning to get to know each other better and set up your goals for the program
- 30 minute call every week with me to check up on your progress and personalize the experience even more

- 1 group call every week (with a free replay in case you miss it). *Attendees will be selected based on their location, so you will not have a direct competitor in the group.

- 1 hr remote access video call. Can’t figure out how to do something techy? No problem. In this remote access session, I take over your computer and we work it out together.

What will we learn?
This is the discovery week. We will get to know each other and all the other members of the group and express what difficulties you are all going through. We will brainstorm and mastermind together. We will define your ideal audience, identify opportunities. We will dive even deeper to your individual issues and goals in our 1:1 discovery video call.
We start creating the bases for our business model while we establish your target audience and what your market advantage is over your competitors. We take a good look at your positioning in the market and what your competitors’ edge might be over you. We identify strengths and weaknesses.
The first building block of a brand is how it looks to the people on the outside. You may be at different stages with your branding, but you will all benefit from reviewing key parameters of building a brand and keeping its look consistent. We will also learn visual aesthetics tricks to be successful on social media and will learn the basics of graphic design for marketing.
Marketing is way more than just posting on Instagram. It’s a comprehensive effort to get your business out there through a variety of strategies. This week, we will create a calendar of next year’s marketing strategies so you will stay on track and never improvise. We will also delve into more complex marketing strategies such as messenger bots and Facebook and Instagram ads.
IMPLEMENT & KICK OFF
This week is launch week. We will set all of our plans in motion and watch how it goes from the sidelines. It’s closing week, too, so we will review the 4 modules and cover any cracks you may still have. I will follow up with you a month after implementation to see how you are doing with a free 30 minute call where we can go over any questions you may have after applying theory to practice. This is also the week to schedule your remote access session if you need remote help with a particular process.

Program Logistics (PLEASE READ)
- Because of the nature of the industry I serve, participants will be chosen based on their location to guarantee that no one will have a direct competitor in the group and will thus will feel safe to participate.
- There will be a maximum of 10 students in the group. The group is kept small so we may all interact easily with each other and so that I can dedicate ample time to everyone.
- If two people from the same location apply, the one who paid first will be given priority. You will be reimbursed 100% of your payment if you are the second person within one location to sign up and you will be given priority for the next group coaching.
- Once you have made your payment, you will receive another email with instructions to register for our group video calls and to schedule your calls with me. The group video call will be at a set time every week, but there will always be a free replay available in case you can’t make it live. The 1:1 call with me you can schedule according to my office hours and your own time. Please be available and ready for your call

HEAR DANIELLE’S STORY
INNOVATE & CREATE, CLASS OF 2018
Danielle was part of the first round of the group coaching back in October. When she first reached out to me, she told me she was just starting out and wasn’t sure if it was a good time to take the coaching. She had done only a few models and didn’t even have her license yet.
I told her it was a perfect time to start working and she made it happen. Despite being a single mother and working full time at a university, during the next 5 weeks, Danielle was the most involved student in the group. She would even join our weekly group calls from her car during her lunch break! I mean, if that’s not commitment, I don’t know what is.
Sure enough, because Danielle was the most involved student in the group, she got a lot out of it.
I have become Danielle’s marketing mentor and she reaches out to me whenever she has a question and I happily answer. I love building lasting relationships with my clients and this one I especially cherish.

The modules you see here are just an outline for the packages you will get every week, but along our weekly calls, I write out a personalized strategy just for you each week. So yes, it’s good no matter where you are in your business because I’m at your back and call for 5 weeks.
During the course of the program you are going to schedule 5 calls with me. One Discover Call and four Follow Up calls.
You will get a link to my online agenda and you can choose from there the time that you know you will be able to get on the call. The system sends you reminders in your local time zone so you don’t forget. I call three times every time if you don’t pick up the first time. If you miss the call entirely, I allow you to re-schedule the call for that week.
The Discovery call is done any time during the first week. It is a one hour video call between you and me where we get to know each other and talk about where you are presently and where you’d like to be a year down the line in terms of your business.
The Follow Up calls are 30 minutes every week. During this call you tell me what you’ve been up to during the past week, what you got done, what challenges you’ve had, what questions you have, etc. After the call, I send you a summary of what we discussed along with homework laid out for that week.
The only event that requires a fixed time each week is the Group Call, but there is a free replay in case you miss it.
