Marisol created Microblading Hub in May of 2017 because she noticed that while thousands of people were rushing to pay thousands of dollars to train in microblading, few were equipped to establish their brand and grow their business. In the increasingly competitive field of permanent cosmetics, branding is of utmost importance to stand out from the rest of the competition.
She is a journalist by trade and a writer at heart. She has been published by major news organizations like the New York Times and the Washington Post and worked for the Associated Press as a foreign correspondent in Madrid, Spain.
Marisol has been around micropigmentation all her life. Her mother, Carmen, has been a permanent makeup professional for 30 years and has taught Marisol all she has learned about the industry. Together, this mother-daughter duo are the heart of Microblading Hub.
